At Framna Sweden, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and creating an employer brand that attracts exceptional talent. You will own recruitment from first conversation to signed offer while helping tell the story of why Framna is a place where people can do their best work.

From product managers and designers to engineers and commercial roles, you will help bring together the people behind some of the digital products millions of people rely on every day. Become part of the team
As our next Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how Framna Sweden grows. You will join our Swedish People team alongside our People Partner, Office Manager, Learning & Development Lead, Internal Communications Manager, and People Director, working together to shape the People agenda across the business.

We are a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes beyond their own area of expertise. You will be our specialist in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, while working closely with the rest of the People team to shape the employee experience from attraction to growth.

You will partner closely with hiring managers across Sweden and collaborate with our global People team, while keeping your focus where it matters most: attracting exceptional talent, creating an outstanding candidate experience, and strengthening Framna's reputation as an employer of choice.

In the short term, you will own and drive recruitment end-to-end. Over time, you will help define and evolve our employer branding and talent attraction strategy, building meaningful relationships and a strong talent community long before a hiring need arises. This is a role with plenty of ownership and freedom to influence how we work, where curiosity, initiative, and new ideas are genuinely encouraged.

What you will do
Specifically, you will:

• Own recruitment end to end.
• Continuously improve our recruitment processes, with a focus on quality, candidate experience, diversity, and efficiency.
• Take part in Framna Sweden's employer branding initiatives and help strengthen how we're known as an employer.
• Build relationships with universities, career networks, and future talent, including running our annual thesis programme.
• Represent Framna at career fairs, student events, and other talent attraction activities.
• Partner with our global People team on recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

You are a people-driven person who combines curiosity, structure, and a genuine interest in how technology can improve the way we work. You are not afraid to reach out, build relationships, and represent Framna out in the world, but you do it in a thoughtful, trust-building way.

You are excited by how AI and new technology can improve recruitment - not replace the human side of it, but help us spend more time where it matters most: building relationships and making better hiring decisions.

We believe you bring:

• A few years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment - ideally in tech, together with a relevant academic degree. If you've also worked with employer branding, that's a bonus.
• Experience running projects, processes, or working groups with real ownership.
• A business mindset and an interest in working at an international digital product agency.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• Structured in how you work, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Build trust easily and works well with people at every level.
