The Role
We are looking for a passionate commercially minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to make a real impact by attracting exceptional talent, strengthening client partnerships and helping us on our mission to grow individuals and companies in Life Science. This is much more than a recruitment role, it's an opportunity to shape candidate experiences, influence our employer brand and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in our Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition & Growth. You will report to our VP Talent Acquisition & Growth and be part of Team TAG.

You will manage both external recruitment assignments for our clients and internal recruitment across the Nordic organization, while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end external recruitment assignments.
• Lead internal recruitment across the Nordic organization
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Business Development

• Support sales through client meetings and networking.
• Develop existing customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions.

Employer Branding

• Drive employer branding initiatives.
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Improve the candidate journey.
• Measure and improve Candidate NPS.
• Strengthen hiring manager experience.

Community & Growth

• Plan and execute recruitment events.
• Represent PharmaRelations at career fairs and networking events.
• Build relationships with universities and industry networks.
• Improve recruitment processes and KPIs.
• Support the development and growth of our Centre of Excellence Talent Acquisition & Growth.

What You Will Bring

• Several years of Talent Acquisition or Executive Search experience.
• Experience within Life Science is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
