About the Role
You will lead a strategic HR transformation in a global automotive environment where the focus is on streamlining and globalizing HR capabilities and processes. The assignment combines business change and technology change, with a clear goal: move toward global target solutions while phasing out existing systems without disrupting critical HR services.
In this role, you create structure and momentum across several interconnected workstreams. You will align business and technology, manage dependencies and challenge plans and deliverables to keep quality, pace and productivity high. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, enterprise architecture, global functions and vendors. Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate the transformation across multiple workstreams and drive the transition from current solutions to the target landscape.
You will develop and maintain the overall roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies and delivery plan.
You will set clear expectations for stream leads and challenge plans, deliverables, timelines and ownership where needed.
You will identify cross-stream dependencies, risks and blockers, and drive decisions and resolution forward.
You will lead implementation, migration and decommissioning activities tied to HR capabilities and processes.
You will own the change management and communication strategy, with focus on stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness and adoption.
You will guide and support Change & Communication resources in executing the strategy and help raise the quality of their output.
You will ensure solid planning for data, integrations, testing, cutover, business continuity and transition to BAU.
You will maintain effective governance and provide clear reporting and decision support to sponsors and steering committees.
You will drive collaboration across business, technology and external partners to keep the program aligned and moving.
RequirementsSignificant experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience from at least two comparable transformations involving enterprise system implementation, migration and/or decommissioning at scale.
Strong background in both project and program management, including leadership across multiple workstreams.
Experience with process standardization, globalization or capability transformation in a complex organisation.
Experience developing and evaluating business cases and translating business needs into clear scope, priorities and decisions.
Strong experience in developing and leading change management and communication strategies within large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with HR systems, particularly HRIS, and a good understanding of HR processes, payroll, data and integrations.
Experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption and transition.
Sufficient technical understanding to engage with and constructively challenge architects and specialists.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority.
Ability to quickly understand complex environments, get up to speed and create clarity and momentum.
English is required.
Nice to haveExperience with global HR transformation.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
Experience with payroll and time management.
Experience with complex integrations and legacy-system decommissioning.
Experience from large international organisations.
Swedish is a plus.
