Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role within our Assembly Operations. This is a senior position for a professional with approximately 10 years of relevant experience in project management, industrial operations, manufacturing, or a comparable environment. As a senior member of the organization, you are expected not only to deliver results, but also to set direction, challenge existing ways of working, coach others, and contribute to the long-term development of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives with a high degree of independence and accountability.
- Manage organizational dynamics, conflicts and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Drive strategic initiatives from definition through implementation and follow-up.
- Lead and coordinate project management activities across different functions and geographical locations.
- Support and challenge the organization in Assembly Support initiatives, including xKD operations and the complete value flow.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, analysts and technicians.
- Ensure effective cross-flow of information and alignment between different packaging operations, including SEU and SLA.
- Act as a senior advisor and contribute with experience-based recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
Who You Are
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant field.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in project management, manufacturing, industrial operations or similar.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior management.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience with IO or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
