Fleet associate - recruitment assistant (Part-Time, On-Site - Stockholm)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people? We're looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Stockholm and help ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes from start to finish.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Assistant, you'll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to support the daily operations of our recruitment activities. Your role will be key to ensuring a positive candidate experience and a streamlined internal workflow.
Your Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Help screen CVs and organize candidate profiles.
• Keep applicant tracking systems and databases up to date.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and contribute to a great candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish (required) and English.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
