An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Planner to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov,

In this role, you will perform short-term & medium-term planning of production within established procedures in order to ensure optimal flows and process performance in accordance with short term objectives.

Reporting to Planning Coordinator

This is what you will do:

· Plan the production in order to obtain the most efficient production plan

· Prepare and analyze the production performance reports versus established KPIs (eg. Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), production scheduling accuracy, productivity and energetic efficiency, etc)

· Propose corrective actions if the SLA is below the target

· Implement relevant initiatives within production, in line with global standards and local objectives.

Kvalifikationer

This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in production planning, preferably within a FMCG company;
• Fluent in Romanian and English;
• General knowledge of ERP systems (planning, logistics, CRM, BI), with a preference for Microsoft Ax
• Proficiency in Excel

• Strong analytical mindset and able to process, analyze and present issues
• Systematic and persistent in ways of working and capable of leading change
• Robust and performance driven with a holistic mind-set capable of acting upwards and navigating in a matrix organization
