An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Distributors' Account Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

This is what you will do
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance;
  • Supervise the sales teams of the local distributors, focused on specific distribution channels as HoReCa, Catering, Industrial;
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends;
  • Achieve the sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams of our distributors;
  • Implement strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence;
  • Support Sales Reps with day-to-day operation;
  • Create and maintain a direct strong relationship with top clients.
Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed:
  • University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar);
  • At least 3 years experience in working with distributors, preferably food industry;
  • Fluent in Romanian and English, written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
  • Availability to travel, as needed.

Your "power skills"
  • Self-motivated personality, commitment and sales oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators;
  • Analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
  • Ability to work with teams in intercultural environment;
