An exciting opportunity has arisen fora Distributors' Account Managerto join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office inPantelimon, Ilfov.
This is what you will do
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance;
- Supervise the sales teams of the local distributors, focused on specific distribution channels as HoReCa, Catering, Industrial;
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends;
- Achieve the sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams of our distributors;
- Implement strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence;
- Support Sales Reps with day-to-day operation;
- Create and maintain a direct strong relationship with top clients.
This is what you need to succeed:
- University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar);
- At least 3 years experience in working with distributors, preferably food industry;
- Fluent in Romanian and English, written and spoken;
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
- Availability to travel, as needed.

- Self-motivated personality, commitment and sales oriented;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators;
- Analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
- Ability to work with teams in intercultural environment;
