As Planner & Scheduler, you will work closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, Project Controls, EPCM partners, and contractors to maintain realistic and integrated schedules. You will help track progress, identify constraints and schedule risks, and provide reliable planning information to support project execution and decision-making.

  • Support the maintenance and integration of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for your assigned area
  • Review EPCM and contractor schedules and identify inconsistencies, missing logic, constraints, and potential impacts
  • Integrate schedule information from contractors, EPCM partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor actual progress against planned activities and support schedule updates and forecasting
  • Analyze schedules to identify delays, trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Support mitigation and recovery planning when schedule challenges arise
  • Participate in site reviews, coordination meetings, planning workshops, and weekly and monthly reporting
What you'll bring

You're curious and believe that real progress happens when we work together. You're not afraid to challenge old ways of thinking and you treat others with respect while doing it. At Stegra, we value people who take initiative, build trust, and help create a workplace where everyone can do their best.

Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling or similar roles, preferably within industrial, construction, infrastructure, or EPCM projects
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Project Controls, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules
  • Understanding of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), schedule integration, progress measurement, and forecasting
  • Ability to review contractor and EPCM schedules and identify constraints, risks, and inconsistencies
  • Experience using relevant planning and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with fluency in English
