You will become a key member of ourEmerging ERP Solutions - Team NetSuite, which focuses on enabling clients to design and implement world-class ERP solutions that drive business transformation. We work side by side with our clients to architect solutions that align with their strategic vision while ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and integration with their broader technology ecosystem.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex NetSuite-based solutions, serving as the technical strategist who bridges business requirements with technology implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

• System Architecture & Design: Designing comprehensive system landscapes and technical architectures for NetSuite implementations, including system integration points, data flows, and technology stack optimization.
• Middleware & Integration Strategy: Advising on and designing middleware solutions (e.g., SnapLogic, MuleSoft, or similar) to integrate NetSuite with existing enterprise applications. Defining integration patterns, data synchronization strategies, and API-based connectivity.
• C-Level Advisory: Engaging directly with C-suite executives and steering committees to present technical strategies, discuss system landscape optimization, and align technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Effectively managing communication and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups:
• Solution Design & Optimization: Conducting comprehensive assessments of client system landscapes, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending architectural improvements. Designing solutions that balance business requirements, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Leadership: Leading technical workstreams, mentoring junior technical resources, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identifying technical risks, security considerations, and compliance requirements. Recommending mitigation strategies and ensuring solutions meet regulatory and governance standards.
• Implementation Support: Providing technical oversight and guidance throughout implementation phases, including design validation, configuration review, testing strategy, and go-live support.

Qualifications

We believe the following qualifications will prove a strong foundation for your success in this role:
Required Experience & Skills

• Seniority Level: Senior/Manager-level professional with proven experience designing and advising on overall system landscapes and enterprise architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence C-level decision-making.
• System Landscape & Architecture Expertise: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise system design, ERP architecture, or technical consulting. Deep expertise in designing integrated system landscapes, including:
  • ERP system architecture and configuration
  • System integration patterns and approaches
  • Data architecture and master data management
  • Cloud technology
• Middleware & Integration Solutions: Strong hands-on or advisory experience with middleware platforms and integration tools. Familiarity with:
  • iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions
  • API-based integration approaches
  • Data synchronization and ETL processes
  • Preferred: SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms
• NetSuite Knowledge: Solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Experience with NetSuite implementations is highly valued. Familiarity with:
  • NetSuite modules and customization options
  • NetSuite integration capabilities and APIs
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate and influence across all organizational levels.
• Technical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Consulting Mindset: Experience working as a consultant or strong desire to develop this skillset. Ability to understand client business models, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, particularly in complex, multi-subsidiary environments.
• Expertise with SnapLogic or other modern middleware platforms.
• Understanding of financial operations, systems and processes.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, or integration technologies.
• Experience with agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
