Do you have extensive experience recruiting senior and executive talent in global organizations? We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can independently lead complex recruitment processes, advise senior stakeholders and turn market insight into effective hiring strategies.

This is a full-time consulting assignment where you will cover a parental leave. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company.
The assignment is expected to start in mid-November 2026 and run through November 2027, with some flexibility regarding the start date.

The company is a global organization with headquarters in Stockholm, operating across multiple international markets. You will join a global Talent Acquisition function and work closely with colleagues across Europe as well as other international markets.
The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on transparency and individual ownership. While you will be part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team, this is a highly independent role where you are expected to manage your own recruitment portfolio and work directly with senior stakeholders across different markets and time zones.

Tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, commercial and corporate positions, primarily across Europe. You will work closely with senior business leaders and C-suite stakeholders, acting not only as a recruiter but as a strategic talent advisor throughout the hiring process.
A key part of the role is understanding the business need behind each recruitment and translating it into an effective search and recruitment strategy. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits, as well as other internal functions when required. As stakeholders are located across several international markets, you need to be comfortable managing recruitment processes independently across different time zones. Occasional meetings outside standard Swedish office hours may therefore occur.
The role also includes contributing to the development of sourcing practices and recruitment processes. You will use data and market insights to improve candidate journeys and ways of working, while maintaining accurate candidate pipelines, feedback and recruitment records in the ATS.

To succeed in this role, you are comfortable taking full ownership of your recruitment processes and moving work forward without requiring detailed direction. You identify what needs to happen, address obstacles as they arise and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the process.
You are also able to balance several business-critical recruitments at once without losing structure or focus. Since you will work directly with senior stakeholders across different markets, you adapt your communication to the situation, provide clear recommendations and are comfortable challenging expectations when supported by market data and your recruitment expertise. You remain calm when priorities change and collaborate naturally with colleagues while maintaining a high level of independence in your own work.

Education, experience and personal characteristics
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience within sourcing and recruitment, including corporate and commercial positions
- Proven experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level positions
- Experience partnering and advising directly with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders throughout recruitment processes
- Previous recruitment experience from a global, fast-paced technology organization
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
It is also meritorious if you have:
- Experience working with Teamtailor and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using market intelligence or talent mapping tools, such as LinkedIn Talent Insights or TalentNeuron
- Professional proficiency in Swedish
