Jobbsafari is part of Duunitori Group, a Private Equity-backed, technology-driven group building leading job marketplaces in the Nordics. We are on a growth journey: scaling our marketplace, investing in technology and AI, and expanding our position in the Swedish market.
We are looking for a Head of Business Operations, Sweden: a strategic and analytical person who wants to be close to the big decisions on that journey, and who enjoys doing the operational work that turns them into results.
As the right hand of our Managing Director, Sweden, you will lead key initiatives, help shape the direction of the Swedish business and make sure that what we decide gets done. The role comes with a clear mandate, without direct reports.
What you'll do

Own and drive key initiatives from idea to implementation, such as pricing, new offerings, go-to-market or process changes.

Work closely with the MD to set priorities for the Swedish business, and make sure decisions turn into action.

Develop how we work across sales and delivery, with modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) at the core.

Turn data on customers, sales and performance into insights that shape our decisions.

Act as the link between Sweden and Group functions in Helsinki, including planning and forecasting.
Who you are

Around 5–8 years of experience, including several years in operational, commercial or business development roles within a company.

A strong analytical foundation. A background in management consulting or strategy is a plus.

Experience from working close to sales or commercial teams, and a solid understanding of what drives growth and profitability.

A track record of driving change across functions, from analysis to lasting results.

Strong skills in, and a real interest in, AI and data tools.

Fluent Swedish and English.
It is a plus if you have experience from a PE-backed or fast-growing company, from a B2B, marketplace or SaaS business, or from working within a group across countries.

What we offer
Fixed monthly salary: SEK 65,000–80,000, depending on experience.
Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, based in central Stockholm with occasional travel to Helsinki. Pension plan, wellness allowance and other benefits according to company policy.
