Create the next generation of Commercial Excellence! Lead strategy, consulting and business growth across the Nordic Life Science market.

The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of Commercial Excellence who is passionate about creating customer value, building new business opportunities and shaping the future of Commercial Excellence across the Nordic Life Science market.

This is an opportunity to build a new strategic business area, develop innovative client offerings and help Life Science companies accelerate growth through commercial transformation.

As part of our leadership team, Head of Commercial Excellence, you will combine strategy, consulting, business development and thought leadership while working closely with clients, senior stakeholders and colleagues across the Nordics.

What You Will Do
Commercial Excellence
  • Build and lead PharmaRelations' Commercial Excellence offering.
  • Translate market needs into scalable consulting services.
  • Develop offerings within Commercial Strategy, Market Entry, Product Launch Excellence, Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, CRM and Omnichannel.
  • Position PharmaRelations as a trusted Commercial Excellence partner across the Nordics.

Business Development
  • Drive business growth through strategic client engagement.
  • Build long-term executive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and lead proposal development.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to expand client partnerships.

Consulting & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Deliver high-value consulting engagements with measurable business impact.
  • Support clients in building future-ready commercial capabilities.

Leadership & Growth
  • Strengthen PharmaRelations' internal Commercial Excellence capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
  • Share market insights and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic growth of PharmaRelations.
What You Will Bring
  • Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting.
  • Strong track record of business development and executive client engagement.
  • Experience from the Life Science industry.
  • Ability to translate market needs into differentiated client offerings.
  • Strategic mindset combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; a Nordic language is an advantage.
