About the Role
You will lead a strategic HR capability transformation in a complex global organisation where business change and technology need to move in sync. The assignment focuses on streamlining and globalising HR capabilities and processes, transitioning to strategic global solutions, and decommissioning existing systems while safeguarding critical HR services.

You will work across HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture and external partners, balancing pace, quality and stakeholder alignment in a transformation with many moving parts. Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate the transformation across multiple workstreams and drive the transition from existing solutions to the target landscape.
You will develop and maintain the overall roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies and delivery plan.
You will create clarity for stream leads by setting expectations, challenging plans and timelines, and ensuring clear ownership across the programme.
You will identify cross-stream dependencies, risks and blockers, and drive decisions and resolution forward.
You will guide the shift towards global and streamlined HR capabilities and processes, including implementation, migration and decommissioning.
You will own the change management and communication strategy, with focus on stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and adoption.
You will support Change and Communication resources with direction, feedback and constructive challenge when needed.
You will ensure solid planning for data, integrations, testing, cutover, business continuity and transition to business-as-usual.
You will maintain effective governance and provide clear reporting and decision support to sponsors and steering committees.
RequirementsSignificant experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience from at least two comparable transformations involving enterprise system implementation, migration and/or decommissioning at scale.
Strong background in both project and program management, including leadership across multiple workstreams.
Experience with process standardization, globalization or capability transformation in a complex organisation.
Experience developing and evaluating business cases and translating business needs into clear scope, priorities and decisions.
Strong experience in developing and leading change management and communication strategies within large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with HR systems, particularly HRIS, and a good understanding of HR processes, payroll, data and integrations.
Experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption and transition.
Sufficient technical understanding to engage with and constructively challenge architects and specialists.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority.
Ability to quickly understand complex environments, get up to speed and create clarity and momentum.
Nice to haveExperience with global HR transformation.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
Experience with payroll and time management.
Experience with complex integrations and legacy-system decommissioning.
Experience from large international organisations.
