Maybe you're just starting to explore the consulting world - or maybe you've been in it for a while and are ready for something new. Either way, that's not what matters most to us.

What matters is that you're a skilled developer with a few years of experience, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in modern tech companies. You want to build things that make a difference - and help businesses grow.

Your experience

• Several years of experience building and running platforms or infrastructure for development
• Strong understanding of container-based environments and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar)
• Built and improved CI/CD pipelines used by multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation at scale
• Solid understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and production environments
• Experience improving developer experience and reducing friction in development workflows
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of the bigger picture - from idea to working platform
• Understands the connection between technology, delivery speed, and business value

Bonus (nice to have)

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
• Worked with security, identity, and secrets management in cloud environments
• Interest in standardization, platform-as-a-product, and self-service
• Experience driving change, setting direction, or taking a lead role
• Enjoys sharing knowledge (internally or externally)
