WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Application Expert, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications with complex integrations. Your role will ensure that our applications meet business needs and technological standards. You will leverage your solid business process foundation, functional knowledge, problem-solving skills, and passion for collaboration to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
In addition to the above, your role will involve:
The WH Returns & Cross Services product manages the Online Returns warehouse solution for our Northern European Warehouses as well as the Work Force Management solution globally.
In the WH Returns & Cross Services product team, you will collaborate with internal and external software partners as well as our own operated warehouses. This will include a wide array of tasks connected to the design, implementation and roll out of our future work force management solution.
You'll work closely with the Product Manager, Service Owner, Business Expert, Software Engineers and other Application Experts within the team, as well as with cross-functional teams.

As an Application Expert, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications with complex integrations. Your role will ensure that our applications meet business needs and technological standards. You will leverage your solid business process foundation, functional knowledge, problem-solving skills, and passion for collaboration to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
In addition to the above, your role will involve:
- Broad Knowledge: Utilize a wide range of skills and knowledge, without the need for specialization in systems like SAP/EWM.
- Ownership and Responsibility: Treat the WFM solution as your own project, taking full responsibility for its success from end to end.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and business experts, presenting technical and architectural topics in an audience-appropriate manner.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Work effectively with external vendors and partners, understanding contracts and managing relationships.
- Testing and Coordination: Coordinate and execute tests and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive and Determined: Actively push issues and topics forward, especially when dealing with stakeholders.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience: Have experience with WMS and a curiosity about other systems and applications.
- Planning and Staffing: Experience in planning, staffing, and warehouse processes is a plus.
- Integration and Data Quality: Ensure different systems work well together and maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relevant business knowledge and field experience.
- Proven 5+ years' experience in application management solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Ability to work with external vendors and partners.
- Experience in coordinating system integrations and ensuring data quality.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.
