As a Security Engineer, Workspace Security you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to customers, prospects, partners, and the Check Point sales organization. You will combine deep endpoint security expertise with strong business and customer acumen to design solutions, lead technical evaluations, demonstrate differentiated value, and help customers modernize and strengthen their endpoint security strategy.

This is a highly customer-facing role requiring technical depth, competitive knowledge, strong executive communication, and the ability to take ownership of complex opportunities from initial discovery through technical validation and successful closure.

Workspace Security Technical Leadership

• Serve as a technical expert for Check Point's Workspace Security portfolio, with deep expertise across Email Security and Endpoint Security, while maintaining strong knowledge of browser and mobile security capabilities.
• Understand modern email and endpoint security architectures, attack techniques, threat vectors, and security operations workflows, and translate them into effective customer security strategies.
• Assess customer email and endpoint environments, identify security gaps and architectural challenges, and recommend solutions that improve threat prevention, detection, visibility, operational efficiency, and overall Workspace security posture.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Email Security, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and broader Workspace Security competitive landscape, clearly articulating Check Point's technical differentiation and business value.
• Demonstrate how Check Point's Workspace Security capabilities work together to protect users, devices, email, browsers, and mobile environments through an integrated security approach.

Technical Discovery & Solution Architecture

• Partner with Sales to conduct comprehensive technical discovery across the customer's email, endpoint, user, and Workspace Security environment, including existing security architecture, business requirements, technical challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Design Email, Endpoint, and integrated Workspace Security architectures aligned with customer requirements, security objectives, infrastructure, and operational models.
• Identify gaps across the customer's Workspace environment and recommend solutions that reduce risk while simplifying security operations.
• Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear technical, operational, and business outcomes for security practitioners, security leadership, and executive decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer conversations across the broader Workspace Security portfolio, creating a comprehensive security strategy rather than addressing individual security technologies in isolation.

Proof-of-Concept & Technical Validation

• Own and execute Email, Endpoint, and Workspace Security POCs from planning through successful completion, establishing clear technical and business success criteria.
• Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions while maintaining technical command and proactively resolving issues throughout the evaluation.
• Clearly communicate POC results, competitive differentiation, and recommendations, driving evaluations toward defined technical decisions and business outcomes.

Competitive Strategy

• Maintain strong expertise across competing Email Security, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and Workspace Security technologies, including their strengths, limitations, and market positioning.
• Identify weaknesses in incumbent solutions and demonstrate how Check Point's integrated Workspace Security approach improves prevention, reduces security gaps, simplifies operations, and consolidates point solutions.
• Support competitive displacement through technical analysis, demonstrations, solution design, and POCs while providing market and competitive intelligence to internal teams.

Customer & Executive Engagement

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with CISOs, security leaders, SOC teams, security architects, email security teams, endpoint administrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct technical workshops and architecture sessions to identify risks and develop comprehensive Workspace Security strategies across Email, Endpoint, Browser, and Mobile.
• Communicate complex security concepts to both technical and executive audiences while proactively addressing concerns that could delay or prevent customer decisions.

RFI/RFP & Proposal Support

• Provide technically accurate and differentiated responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture requirements across Email, Endpoint, and Workspace Security.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and accurately represent Check Point's capabilities and technical differentiation.
• Partner with Sales and internal teams to develop technically sound and commercially compelling customer proposals.

Partner & Field Enablement

• Educate customers, partners, Sales, and Security Engineers on Email, Endpoint, and the broader Check Point Workspace Security portfolio.
• Develop and share technical best practices, competitive intelligence, demonstrations, architectures, use cases, and lessons learned.
• Strengthen field capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and positioning Email and Endpoint together as an integrated Workspace Security strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Security Engineering to solve customer challenges and accelerate Workspace Security opportunities.
• Provide structured field feedback on product gaps, customer requirements, competitive challenges, integration opportunities, and emerging security needs.
• Take ownership of customer technical issues and serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams to drive resolution and improve the overall Workspace Security portfolio and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, technical presales, Endpoint Security, Email Security, EDR/XDR, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint and Email Security, including EPP, EDR/XDR, threat prevention, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, and modern attack techniques.
• Experience designing, deploying, demonstrating, or supporting enterprise security solutions, including technical discovery, demonstrations, POCs, and competitive evaluations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments and security architecture, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to communicate cybersecurity value and differentiation to both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation, communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple customer opportunities.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
