What you will do
- Leading projects within larger strategy and transformation programs
- Supporting senior executives in decision-making and implementation
- Bringing strategy and change expertise into multidisciplinary client engagements
- Collaborating with Eidra's 1,400+ experts to bring the right capabilities into client engagements
- Contributing to business development and proposal work
- Strengthening our culture, methodologies, and internal capabilities
What makes you a great fit?
You likely have:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment
- A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
- Deep experience in growth strategy, business model development, operating models and organizational transformation
- Expertise in one or more areas that reflects our offerings at Eidra, such as brand & marketing, commerce & AI, innovation & experience, or technology & product
- The ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly
- Experience leading workstreams and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- A genuine interest in business, people, and how organizations create lasting change
