Together we are building an international challenger in the consulting industry, growing from a handful to over 1,400 since 2019. What you will do

• Leading projects within larger strategy and transformation programs
• Supporting senior executives in complex decision-making and strategic implementation
• Bringing strategy and change expertise into multidisciplinary client engagements
• Collaborating with Eidra's 1,400+ experts to bring the right capabilities into client engagements
• Contributing to business development and proposal work
• Strengthening our culture, methodologies, and internal capabilities
• Taking responsibility for building our firm into what it should become in this new AI powered age of consulting

What makes you a great fit?

You likely have:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment
• Experience in incorporating AI in all aspects of the consulting delivery
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
• Deep experience in growth strategy, business model development, operating models and organizational transformation
• Expertise in one or more areas that reflects our offerings at Eidra, such as Brand & Communication, Marketing & Sales, Innovation & Experience, Technology & Product or AI.
• The ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly
• Experience leading projects and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
• A genuine interest in business, people, and how organizations create lasting change
