Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at TRATON Financial Services. In this role, you will partner with leaders and managers across our Head Office organization, driving people initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor on the full employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in an international and dynamic environment and enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic people partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Who You Are
You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and turning business needs into effective people solutions. With a strong generalist HR background, you are confident advising managers on employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives. You build trusted relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease, and combine a hands-on approach with sound business judgment. To succeed in this role, you bring solid knowledge of Swedish labour law, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both Swedish and English.

- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, employment law matters, and union collaboration.
- Support organizational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
- Coach and develop managers in effective leadership practices and people management.
- Analyze people metrics and identify trends to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
- Contribute to talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture community to implement group-wide people strategies and programs.
- Drive and support projects within areas such as engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, or people analytics.
