  • Support managers in employee relations issues, organizational changes, performance management, absence management, and workforce planning.

  • Lead and manage labor relations activities, including union negotiations, consultations, and employee representative discussions.

  • Drive and support talent management, succession planning, employee development, and leadership initiatives.

  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including rehabilitation matters, disciplinary processes, and performance-related cases.

  • Drive annual salary review processes, compensation discussions, and pay equity initiatives.

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in compliance with local legislation, collective agreements, and company standards.

  • Promote employee engagement, company values, and a positive workplace culture.

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve HR services, employee experience, and ways of working.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you bring a broad HR background and the confidence to work independently while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Several years of experience within HR, as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in a bigger, international, matrix company.

  • Demonstrated experience working across a broad HR scope, including employee relations, labor relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, recruitment, and organizational development.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations practices.

  • Proven experience leading union negotiations and consultations with employee representatives.

  • Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.

  • Ability to interpret HR data and insights, supported by strong HR systems proficiency, to provide meaningful recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.

We believe you are

  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable coaching and influencing managers at different levels.

  • Business-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused.

  • Confident handling sensitive situations with integrity and discretion.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.

We Offer

  • A highly visible and impactful HR Business Partner role within an international organization.

  • The opportunity to work closely with leadership teams and influence both business and people decisions.

  • 30 days of annual vacation.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, insurance, health insurance, and enhanced sick leave benefits.
