Job Description
HR Business Partner Nordics - Fixed-term parental leave cover
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Nordic HR team in a role with broad business exposure, close collaboration with leaders and the opportunity to make a real impact across our Nordic organization. This is a fixed-term assignment covering parental leave, starting 1 December 2026 and running until the beginning of April 2028. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, you will support leaders and members across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark throughout the employment cycle and help shape a consistent, people-focused HR experience across the region. Some travel within the Nordics may be required.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and contribute to practical, consistent and business-oriented HR support across the Nordics. Strong stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills are key, and you enjoy building relationships, understanding business needs and finding balanced solutions that support both people and performance.

Day to day
In this role, you will be close to the business and support both leaders and members in everyday HR matters, helping create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture where members feel supported and leaders have the HR guidance they need.

Day to day
In this role, you will be close to the business and support both leaders and members in everyday HR matters, helping create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture where members feel supported and leaders have the HR guidance they need.
Your day-to-day focus will include:
- Partnering with leaders - providing practical HR advice, coaching and support in line with DLL's values, policies and local requirements.
- Supporting members - being a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and helping create a consistent and positive member experience.
- Recruitment and onboarding - supporting hiring managers and candidates through key recruitment steps and helping new members get a strong start.
- Employee lifecycle processes - contributing to performance follow-up, development conversations, changes in employment, offboarding and related HR administration.
- Employee relations and local processes - guiding managers on policy interpretation, people matters and local ways of working, with support from internal and external specialists when needed.
- Culture and engagement - supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration across the Nordic organization.

Essentials
- Relevant academic degree within HR, Business, Law, Economics or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience from an HR role, such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Advisor or similar.
- Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations and offboarding.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders, handle confidential information with integrity and balance people and business perspectives.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and excellent professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in another Nordic language is also an advantage.
