Full-Stack Team Lead - Build Our New Solutions Team, Lund

We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead a new team that turns our products into integrated solutions with real customer value. It is a role where technical depth and people leadership matter equally - and where much of the shape is still yours to define. The position is based at Lund.

Who is your future team?

We are looking for a leader for a new team that will be central in the product management services for the products in our department. The team is intended to integrate our department's products into different solutions that add value for our customers. This is an area of strategic importance for Axis with great development potential moving forward.

The company is in an expansive market, and it is important to be innovative as well as being able to combine our products into the solutions that customers rely on every day. Therefore, well-integrated product management services can be a key factor for the success of the customers in their daily work.

What you'll do here as Full-Stack Team Lead?

As full-stack developer, you will lead a new team and play an important role in integrating our department's products into different solutions that add customer value. You will be working closely with internal developers with detailed domain knowledge, as well as with Axis partners/customers to understand their needs as well as how our products are used in their solutions. Building, coaching and growing the team is a central part of the role, and you will have a high influence on your own role as well as how the team works with various exciting challenges.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

You have earlier working experience with SW development using .NET framework as well as web application, and you are good at handling people. As the leader of a new team, you build trust easily, listen well and bring people together around a common goal. You are confident in your competence but at the same time realize that you'll always have more to learn.

You enjoy working unpretentiously in a tight team and in that way learning from- and sharing your expertise with your talented colleagues. Furthermore, you are curious and want to learn new things all the time as well as recognizing the importance of networking with others inside as well as outside your own team to achieve an efficient way of working.

Additionally, you should have the following background and skills

Bachelor or master's in computer, electrical, physics science/engineering or equivalent Experience of leading a team, or of another role with clear people responsibility

Documented working experiences with TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS

Documented working experiences working with Git and Linux development environment

Previous experiences working with databases, for example ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Additional skills that can give plus points during recruitment

Previous experiences working with GO, .NET, C#

Previous experiences working with AWS/Azure

Previous experience with Github copilot/Claude code or similar tools
