Freelance Talent Acquisition Coordinator (F-skatt)

What will you do?

We are launching an electric taxi operation in Stockholm. Candidates come in through our social media campaigns; the recruiter does the interviews. You own everything in between: first contact, booking and follow-up. You decide how and when you work, as long as candidates are contacted within 24 hours and the recruiter's calendar is full. As a freelance Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your assignment includes:

• Calling and messaging new driver candidates within 24 hours of their application;
• Booking intake calls and group video sessions in the recruiter's calendar;
• Confirming appointments, sending reminders and rebooking no-shows;
• Keeping candidate statuses up to date in our ATS (Recruitee);
• Flagging candidates who do not meet the basic requirements (driving licence, taxi permit, work authorisation);
• Delivering a short weekly report on response times, booked appointments and no-show rates.

What do we offer?

• An hourly rate of SEK 350 - 450 excl. VAT, depending on experience;
• A performance fee of SEK 150 for every candidate hired by the client through your planning, on top of your hourly rate;
• An assignment of 20-30 hours per week for an initial period of 6 months, with the option to extend;
• Fully remote; you work from wherever you want, with an occasional team day in Stockholm;
• Monthly invoicing with payment within 30 days;
• Access to our ATS, calendar tools and a one-day onboarding on our process;
• A results-driven assignment with a clear scope and no micromanagement;
• The possibility to expand the assignment into screening and first interviews.

What do we expect from you?

• You are registered for F-skatt (enskild firma or AB) and invoice from your own company;
• You are fluent in Swedish and have good working English (our team and systems are in English);
• You have experience in scheduling, customer contact, call centre, recruitment support or a similar role;
• You are comfortable making 30+ outbound calls a day and keeping the energy up;
• You are organised, precise with calendars and systems, and you work independently;
• You have your own phone and laptop;
• You are available on some evenings or Saturdays, when candidates are easiest to reach.
