Beskrivning

Be the driving force behind digital development and turn ideas, insights and technology into business impact.

Join our team

You will become part of the regional IDS & Business Applications organization, working closely with colleagues within customer support, sales, marketing, IT, and aftermarket operations. Our mission is to drive digitalization, improve business performance, and ensure that our application landscape delivers value to both internal and external users.

As Business Application Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor and key point of contact for several important business applications, including Epiroc eShop, TechInfo, and Machines Online (MOL). You will help users embrace digital tools, optimize processes, and contribute to the ongoing development of our digital customer journey.

Your mission

In this role, you will be a key driver of the digital agenda across the region, turning business needs and opportunities into meaningful improvements. You will work across functions to strengthen customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency through digital solutions and new ways of working. A key part of your role will be to create engagement and drive change, ensuring that digital initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization. You will use data, insights and user feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve how we work. Acting as the link between regional needs and global developments, you will help shape priorities and ensure that digital initiatives deliver real business value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive digital development and continuous improvement, from identifying opportunities to turning them into concrete initiatives.
  • Lead change and user adoption, building engagement and strengthening digital capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Connect people and priorities across functions, collaborating closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, IT and other stakeholders.
  • Turn data and insights into action, following performance and user needs to identify improvements and support business decisions.

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter with a go get attitude. You create your own opportunities and follow through. We believe that you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You have experience working with different systems and platforms in a larger company before.

You need to be a strong communicator in English with the ability to engage and support users at all levels.

We also believe that you have

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and technical systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.

Location

Location is depending on the candidate, in one in our sites in Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
