Twój zakres obowiązków
- organizacja pracy i nadzór w warsztacie na danej zmianie w centrum napraw powypadkowych;
- wsparcie pracowników centrum napraw powypadkowych w trudnych naprawach;
- współpraca z Biurem Obsługi Klienta;
- szkolenia stanowiskowe nowych pracowników;
- kontakt z klientami;
- naprawa pojazdów i ich elementów oraz dokumentowanie wykonywanych prac;
Nasze wymagania
- znajomość mechaniki i elektryki samochodowej oraz naczepowowej;
- umiejętność czytania rysunków technicznych;
- wykształcenie zawodowe lub średnie techniczne (preferowany kierunek: mechanika, automatyka, elektryka i pokrewne);
- doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem mechaników;
- mile widziane - prawo jazdy kat. C.
