Your opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a temporary assignment of approximately 12 months. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our leaders and businesses by attracting, assessing, and hiring the talent needed to drive Boliden forward.
Who you will work with
You will be part of our Talent Acquisition team and work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates throughout the recruitment journey. The position can be based in Kiruna, Gällivare, Luleå, Piteå or Skellefteå. Since the role supports our operations in Aitik, you should be prepared to spend time on site in Gällivare, approximately 2-3 days per week or every other week, depending on business needs and recruitment activities.
What you will do
Lead recruitment processes from workforce planning and requirement analysis through to hiring
Partner with managers and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Deliver a professional, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the organization
Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in a structured, fair, and competency-based way
What you bring
A university degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and structure
Experience working with digital recruitment tools and systems
Professional working proficiency in both Swedish and English, as the role involves close collaboration with managers, candidates, and stakeholders across the business
B-Driver license
