In this role, you will contribute to transparent, high-quality reporting and help Voi make data-driven decisions that reduce our environmental impact as we continue to build cities made for living. You will:
  • Collect, quality assure, analyse and report sustainability data from internal and external sources, including suppliers and sub-suppliers.
  • Work with sustainability metrics such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste management and water usage.

  • Collaborate with teams across Voi to make sustainability data more reliable, accessible and actionable.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an attentive, structured and collaborative person who enjoys working with data and wants to contribute to meaningful sustainability impact. You take ownership of your work, ask thoughtful questions and enjoy working across teams to improve how things are done. We believe the right person has:
  • Ongoing or completed BSc. studies in Engineering, Business or a related field, preferably with a sustainability specialisation.
  • An interest in sustainability reporting, ESG, CSR or environmental management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in topics such as carbon reporting, ISO 14001, GRI, life cycle analysis, environmental compliance or sustainability audits.
  • Curiosity about sustainable procurement and how suppliers can contribute to sustainability goals.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
Don't meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't check every box.

WHY VOI?
Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you'll have the opportunity to:
