Supply Chain Process Specialist

Your Tasks

• Lead the implementation of global customer management projects and digital transformation initiatives within the Nordic region, working in close collaboration with the Global SAP key user community
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters within the Nordic Supply Chain organization, including the creation and management of IT support tickets as needed.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and process efficiency.
• Identifying recurring process failures and working on sustainable corrective actions
• Identify opportunities for automation and lead initiatives that eliminate manual activities and simplify workflows.
• Design, develop, or coordinate the implementation of automation solutions and bots that improve operational performance and service quality.
• Maintain strong process governance by ensuring key processes are documented, updated, and followed.
• Coordinate EDI-related projects in collaboration with internal IT functions and customers' IT departments
• Support customer order management activities when needed to maintain operational insight and identify opportunities for improvement

Your Profile

• Strong experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems; EDI understanding is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customer management, order-to-cash and supply chain processes.
• Experience driving process improvements, system enhancements, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into practical actions and improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and simplify messages across functions and organizational levels
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for process excellence and customer experience.

We are looking for a proactive, business-focused Process Specialist to lead the development and optimisation of customer management and Supply Chain processes across the Nordics.

Acting as the Nordic SAP customer management SME, you will drive best practices, translate business requirements into effective system solutions, and collaborate with global SAP key users and IT teams to deliver continuous improvement.

As part of our digital transformation journey, you will leverage technologies such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools to improve efficiency, simplify processes, and develop innovative solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences.

To stay connected to customer needs, you will periodically support customer order management activities, using these insights to identify process improvements and strengthen the overall customer experience.

This is a Fixed Term Contract up to 15 months
