Assignment Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support their operations within supplier-related complaint and claims management.

What You Will Work On

Drive supplier complaints and claims from registration to closure

Ensure structured root cause analysis using 8D methodology

Follow up and verify corrective and preventive actions with suppliers

Support supplier quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding quality deviations

Maintain quality documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities

Contribute to continuous improvement within quality assurance processes

Support validation and verification activities when required

What You Bring

Experience working within quality engineering or supplier quality management

Knowledge of supplier complaint and claims handling processes

Experience conducting structured root cause analysis using 8D

Ability to follow up and verify supplier corrective actions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Structured and detail-oriented mindset

Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments

Ability to work independently and proactively drive quality activities
