We're looking for a Solutions Architect - Managed Services to join us at Telia Cygate.
My name is Pernilla Benerfalk, Managed Services Director, and I'm looking for someone who wants to take a leading role in shaping how we support our customers going forward. This is a key position where you will have real influence - on our customers, our solutions, and how we continue to develop our managed services offering.
You'll join a collaborative, supportive, and forward-looking team where knowledge sharing, trust, and accountability are central to how we work. Together, we design secure, scalable, and business-driven network and IT solutions that help our customers succeed in an increasingly digital world.

As a Solutions Architect within Managed Services, you act as a senior advisor and a key driver in shaping both customer solutions and our way of working. You bring experience, perspective, and confidence into complex situations - and play a central role in moving both customers and colleagues forward.

What you'll do

You will:
- Take full ownership of shaping end-to-end solution proposals aligned with customer strategy, business goals, and long-term value
- Act as a trusted advisor in customer dialogues, confidently leading discussions, challenging assumptions, and building long-term partnerships
- Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and service owners to ensure solutions are commercially sound, scalable, and deliverable
- Bring structure and clarity in complex environments, helping stakeholders make informed decisions
- Influence and evolve our managed services offering, contributing with your expertise and mentoring others
What will help you thrive in this role
- Experience from a senior, customer-facing role within network, IT infrastructure, or managed services portfolio
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, leading discussions with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of how solutions translate into business value, customer outcomes, and long-term partnerships
- Experience shaping services and solutions within areas such as network, security, or hybrid/cloud environments
- Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and leading in complex and sometimes ambiguous situations
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) and eligibility to work in Sweden
