CGI is now looking for someone who wants to develop the largest deals in IT in Sweden. You will have the opportunity to work with successful teams and have the broadest service portfolio.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter
As a Solutions Architect with us, you play a key role in translating business needs into smart and sustainable IT solutions. You will work closely with clients and teams, lead the design process, and ensure that solutions are technically robust and future-proof. This role gives you the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, drive innovation, and create value in complex projects, always with the support of a strong network of experts.

You will work with our large and strategic deals that have qualified and lead a composite team consisting of various roles through all phases of the business process. In this role, you have the main responsibility for the content and execution of the deal.

The main task is to understand and solve the customer's business challenge by using CGI's entire portfolio of services and solutions. You should confidently master all phases of a larger deal up to delivery.

Examples of tasks:
. Lead and drive solution and business meetings with clients
. Analyze and develop customer needs, understand decision criteria/process, and build relationships
. Develop solutions proactively with the client team
. Review, adapt, and create service commitments
. Conduct risk analysis and risk calculation
. Create financial calculations for the content of the proposal forming a winning price
. Create and perform presentations internally and with clients
. Ensure that all formal requirements are handled according to instructions in the customer's request
. Responsible for producing winning offer material
. Socialize solution with relevant stakeholders
. Conduct and lead proposal presentations

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll
. Experience from a similar role (at least 10 years of experience) where you have driven and won several larger deals
. Good knowledge regarding services, technology, delivery models, governance and collaboration, transition, and transformation
. Proven experience in complex sales towards set goals with satisfactory results
. Good insight into how an IT service company like CGI or equivalent company is structured and operates
. Experienced leader who drives business opportunities effectively including commercials
. Fluent in English and Swedish (preferred)
