About the Role

You will join a global automotive environment where customer data from multiple channels is transformed into insights that support better business decisions. In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solutions, from configuration and reporting to maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in product, analytics, and data engineering to make sure data flows are reliable, insights are useful, and reporting supports both marketing and customer experience initiatives. You will also work with business analysts, architects, and digital product owners in a cross-functional setup where your input matters. Job DescriptionYou will configure and maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics components for analysis, reporting, and visualization.

You will support the implementation of solutions that capture, process, and analyze multi-channel customer data.

You will build and maintain segments, calculated metrics, and dashboards that create actionable insights.

You will collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data flows, data quality, and integrations.

You will create reports and visualizations that support decisions in marketing and customer experience.

You will contribute to development work regularly and help ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

You will work closely with stakeholders such as business analysts, architects, and digital product owners.

You will take part in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

You will support releases, deployments, and rollouts of new features, enhancements, and fixes across test and production-related environments.

You will create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.

You will share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement in ways of working.

You will stay up to date with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics capabilities and relevant industry developments.

RequirementsRelevant university degree at Bachelor's or Master's level, or equivalent experience

Experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms

Good understanding of analytics concepts such as key metrics, segmentation, and reporting workflows

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with accountability for your deliverables

Proficiency in English

Nice to haveExperience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, or related Adobe ecosystem tools

Relevant Adobe certifications
