Do you want to lead and develop an operation where performance, customer value, and continuous improvement are at the core? We are now looking for a Head of Operations Denmark to take full ownership of our Danish Operations business and drive both results and development forward.

About the role
As Head of Operations, you have end-to-end responsibility for our operations in Denmark – from delivery and processes to performance and people. You will lead our operational areas including Collection, Customer Success, and Legal Collection, ensuring we meet our KPIs, SLAs, and revenue targets.

You will report to the COO and be a key member of the Nordic Operations management team. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Danish operations with full accountability for performance and results

  • Ensure delivery against KPIs, collection targets, and service levels

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality

Who you are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in operations leadership

  • You are a strong leader who builds trust, engagement, and psychological safety

  • You know how to develop team competence and create a high-performing, well-functioning team

  • You are confident in delegating effectively and driving results through others

  • You have a strong track record of driving performance and continuous improvement

  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-driven approach

  • You are structured, analytical, and not afraid to challenge status quo

  • You are fluent in Danish and English

  • Experience from collections, financial services, or other regulated environments is a strong advantage.
