Head of Logistics Sweden

Join an international logistics company and take ownership of logistics operations across Sweden. 

At Link Logistics, we are looking for an operationally strong Head of Logistics Sweden who can lead and develop our logistics setup across warehouses and terminals in Sweden. For now we are located in Gothenburg and Stockholm with some business in Malmö. 

You will play a key role in ensuring operational stability, scalable growth, and strong leadership across our logistics organization. The role combines operational leadership, business understanding, financial responsibility, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced international environment. 

The Opportunity

The Head of Logistics Sweden is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and development of the logistics function across all sites: warehouses, terminals, and PUD operations in Sweden. This is a newly established role, created to strengthen and scale the logistics setup as the business continues to grow. 

The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational structure, performance governance, and leadership approach across Link Logistics' warehouses and terminals, while ensuring alignment between operations, customer needs, and future growth ambitions. 

You will lead and develop Warehouse and Terminal Managers, provide clear operational direction, and ensure a scalable logistics structure aligned with business needs and the company strategy. 

The role requires both strategic perspective and operational execution. You must be comfortable driving performance, challenging ways of working, sharing best practices across functions, logistics sites, and supporting future logistics development. 

You will own the logistics budget and cost structure through strong cost control, financial performance management, and cost optimization initiatives. 

For you, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality operations is a top priority, achieved through adherence to legal requirements, policies, strong governance, proactive risk management, and operational discipline. 

As a member of the Swedish leadership team in Link Logistics, you will contribute to the broader business agenda, organizational development, and strategic direction of the Swedish operation. You will also work closely with similar leadership roles across other countries to ensure alignment in ways of working, operational standards, and the optimal utilization of operational resources across the company. 

In the first phase of the role, your focus will be on creating operational transparency, strengthening performance governance, and ensuring alignment across logistics sites in Sweden. 

You will have direct report to the Managing Director, Emerging Markets. The position is located in Gothenburg.
