Senior Platform Engineer- Industry HR & Payroll (m/f/d)

At Industry HR & Payroll, we're searching for a Senior Platform Engineer who will take a leading position in our journey to transform the public sector into a cloud native landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize containerized infrastructure solutions using Docker and Kubernetes with interoperability for legacy services.
• Collaborate with development teams to create seamless CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy and equivalent tools.
• Manage and improve existing OpenStack, Azure or AWS.
• Set technical requirements toward our hosting providers and work proactively to ensure that future needs are met.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in DevSecOps, cloud security, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely manner.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub for CI/CD pipelines and source code management.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security.
• Proven track record of building and managing production-grade cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English
