The Senior Scrum Master will lead and coach 3-4 agile teams, improving collaboration, delivery flow, and agile maturity while supporting the transition to a more product-centric organisation.

Senior Scrum Master - Mission Overview
The client is undergoing a significant agile transformation, moving from four separate sub-products and backlogs to a unified product with a shared vision and prioritised backlog.
The Senior Scrum Master will lead and coach 3-4 agile teams, improving collaboration, delivery flow, and agile maturity while supporting the transition to a more product-centric organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and facilitate 3-4 agile teams working towards a common backlog.
- Support agile transformation and establish consistent ways of working.
- Improve planning, prioritisation, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and remove organisational obstacles.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Use flow metrics such as throughput, WIP, lead time, and cycle time to drive measurable improvements.
- 8+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in large organisations.
- Proven experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously towards a shared product backlog.
- Experience supporting major agile transformations.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and agile delivery practices.
- Experience using flow metrics to improve delivery performance.
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is advantageous.
