We are looking for a Senior Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager to play a key role in shaping and strengthening how we work with quality, product safety, and regulatory compliance across the business.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who combines deep expertise with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. You should be comfortable leading multiple initiatives in parallel, creating structure, and moving work forward in a fast-paced environment.

You will play an important role in ensuring that our products, processes, and documentation meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while supporting the business with clear, practical, and commercially relevant guidance.

About the role

As Senior Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will lead and drive quality and regulatory activities across the organization - from product development to post-launch support - ensuring compliance while helping the business move forward with clarity and confidence.

This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution. A key part of your mission will be to bring structure, clear priorities, and follow-through across several parallel workstreams.

You will also act as a trusted expert and partner across the business, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical actions and deliverables.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Malmö, reporting to the Global Product Development Director. We offer a flexible working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week at our Malmö HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive quality and regulatory projects across the organization
• Ensure compliance with EU cosmetic regulations, GMP, and product safety requirements
• Manage multiple priorities in parallel and ensure structured, high-quality delivery
• Review and coordinate regulatory and product safety documentation, such as CPSR and CPNP
• Strengthen documentation, audit readiness, and quality systems
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective action
• Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a key expert and business partner
• Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Several years of experience in quality and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience from cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or another regulated FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations, GMP, and product safety requirements
• Experience with documentation, compliance, and audits
• Clear, proactive, and professional communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
