What we're looking forward to

• Professional training in vendor technologies related to IACS or cybersecurity combined with minimum five years' experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity and ideally also a degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Broad expertise in domains that are relevant for Industrial and OT cybersecurity such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT Security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management and familiarity with industry frameworks, standards and regulations
• Experience in designing risk-oriented OT cybersecurity solutions such as IIoT and cloud, maintenance access, segmentation and conduits, and XDR in OT environments
• Excellent consultative selling skills, ability to understand and communicate business benefits and technical advantages of solutions efficiently on technical and commercial levels and a track record in supporting sales engagements in solution design
• Cross-functional and innovative team player and valued leader with analytical and problem-solving strength, the ability to coach others in a matrix structure environment, fluency in both Swedish and English and willingness to travel
