About the Role
You will play a key role in helping an organization succeed with major transformation initiatives. This is a role for you who enjoy working at the intersection of project delivery, business readiness, and change adoption. Rather than focusing only on implementation, you will make sure new processes, technologies, and ways of working are understood, accepted, and sustained in the business.
You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and change management functions to create structure, momentum, and clarity throughout the change journey. The role covers everything from readiness and impact assessments to communication, training, transition planning, and Hypercare coordination. It is a strong opportunity for you who want to influence how complex change is anchored and carried into business-as-usual operations.
Job DescriptionYou will coordinate activities during Hypercare and act as a link between the project team and IT maintenance.
You will develop and drive communication plans that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned on objectives, impacts, and benefits.
You will assess how change affects business processes, roles, and responsibilities, and help define actions to reduce resistance and risk.
You will coordinate training initiatives together with change management stakeholders to ensure users are prepared for the new environment.
You will analyze current and future business processes and facilitate workshops to support process alignment and smooth integration into daily operations.
You will lead readiness assessments, identify gaps, and drive action plans together with project and business teams.
You will proactively manage risks and issues related to business readiness, with clear mitigation plans and follow-up.
You will create and manage transition plans to support handover from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.
You will support post-implementation activities and help resolve issues during the stabilization period.
You will gather stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to strengthen future readiness and change work.
Requirements15+ years of experience in project management, change management, or business transformation roles.
Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including examples such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience working with stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to assess change impacts across business processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and readiness activities.
Strong analytical ability, with experience identifying risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, organizational development, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives that meet or exceed business objectives.
Nice to haveMaster's degree in a relevant field.
Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci or CCMP.
Experience from complex or matrixed organizations.
