Your opportunity
As Manager GroupBusinessControl, you will playa central rolein connecting financial insights with strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organi z ation, providing analysis and perspectives that help guide Boliden's continued growth and development.

Who you will work with
You will be part of Group Finance and report to theDirectorGroup Control. In your role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Strategy & Business Development, BusinessAreasand subsidiaries throughout the organization.
You will also lead a team ofGroup Controllers and work in an environment where knowledge sharing,teamworkand continuous improvement are key to success. The role offers a broad network of stakeholders and significant exposure to both operational and strategic topics.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the GroupBusinessControl team.
- Follow-up and quality assurance of the Group's monthly financial and operating results.
- Coordinate the Group's forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare analysis, presentations, scenariomodellingand decision-making material for executive managementand the Board.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, analyticalmodelsand financial tools.
We believe you are someone who enjoys solving complex business questions together with others. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A university degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience working withinControlling, FP&Aor a similar finance function.
- Previousleadership experience through people management, teamleadershipor leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience turning data into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and analysis tools.
- Professionalproficiencyin English and good working knowledge of Swedish.
- A valid driver'slicence(B).
- Experience from a listed company or a large international organi z ation.
- Experience implementing or developing reporting,planningor financial systems.
- Experience leading finance-related transformation or improvement projects.
