Beskrivning

We're looking for a Roll-out Project Manager - Capability & Fleet Development for a company in Gothenburg (Torslanda). Start is ASAP, 5 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Scope

Our client is looking for a consultant to support the implementation, adoption, and performance improvement of their newly developed SME sales capabilities, while also strengthening Fleet development capacity across markets and retail partners.

The assignment will turn the delivered SME process and tools into consistent market execution and provide hands-on Fleet development support. This includes receiving, structuring, and progressing new Fleet requests so that existing team members can remain focused on priority development and operational activities while handling times and delivery efficiency are maintained.

A key component of the role is to work hands-on with markets, partners, Commercial Process Development, Fleet, Retail, Digital, Finance, and Legal to resolve operational blockers, embed the SME flow in daily sales activities, manage Fleet development intake, and secure measurable business impact without creating avoidable delays in the existing workload.

You'll be part of a small, agile team and report to the Global Head of Commercial Process Development. The role is based at our Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. We embrace a hybrid working model, recognizing the value of both in-person collaboration and focused remote work. What matters most is having the time, tools, and trust to get things done - and to enjoy doing them.

Location

Torslanda - hybrid workplace if needed. Preferred on site.

Assignment description and main responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Implementation Leadership & Delivery

• Drive a structured implementation plan for the newly developed SME capabilities across eligible markets.

• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions with clear ownership.

• Support markets in moving from technical availability to operational readiness and sustained use.

SME Process Adoption & Operational Support

• Support markets and partners in applying the end-to-end SME flow for account creation, agreements, discounts, product selection, ordering, and sales contracts.

• Clarify market-level roles, ownership, approval flows, and escalation paths for SME sales.

• Identify local process gaps and coordinate practical resolutions without compromising the global process.

Capability Stabilisation & Continuous Improvement

• Collect and structure market and partner feedback on the SME capabilities in Polestar CRM and the Retailer Portal.

• Triage process, training, data, and system issues and coordinate resolution with relevant business and digital teams.

• Translate validated improvement needs into clear requirements and support testing and release readiness where required.

Fleet Development Intake & Capacity Support

• Receive and coordinate the initial intake of new Fleet development requests from markets and central stakeholders.

• Clarify the request, expected business value, urgency, scope, dependencies, and required decision makers before it enters prioritisation or delivery.

• Classify, document, and route requests through the agreed intake process, maintaining a transparent view of status, ownership, and next steps.

• Take on suitable analysis, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up activities to reduce pressure on current Fleet development staff.

• Monitor queue volumes, ageing, response and handling times, bottlenecks, and workload distribution and escalate risks before service levels or delivery efficiency are affected.

• Recommend practical improvements to request templates, triage criteria, prioritisation, handovers, and ways of working to increase throughput and reduce avoidable rework.

Market, Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a hands-on support point for market SME owners and retail partner stakeholders.

• Facilitate market forums, working sessions, training refreshers, and targeted deep dives.

• Align Fleet, Retail, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, Digital, and partner stakeholders on operating decisions and next steps.

Performance Tracking & Management Reporting

• Track readiness, training completion, capability usage, process adherence, issue resolution, and SME sales performance.

• Provide concise progress updates, risks, dependencies, decisions required, and recommended

actions to leadership.

Training, Change & Knowledge Transfer

• Support markets in deploying and reinforcing SME training, guidelines, and practical ways of

working for front-line teams and partners.

• Document recurring questions, decisions, and proven practices and ensure a structured

handover to the permanent organisation before assignment end.

A strong candidate will be:

• Experienced in commercial implementation, market rollout, adoption, Fleet development, or change management in a multi-market environment.

• Able to manage request intake and convert incomplete or complex needs into clear problem statements, scope, ownership, actions, and requirements.

• Able to bridge business operations and digital delivery and convert feedback into clear actions and requirements.

• Comfortable working hands-on with market teams and retail partners to solve problems and improve execution.

• Structured in managing queues, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, workload, and stakeholder follow-up.

• Strong in facilitation, training, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Analytical and able to use handling-time, throughput, adoption, and performance data

to focus support where it has the greatest impact.

• Automotive, retail sales, B2B, SME, Fleet, CRM, or partner-network experience is highly valued.

• Knowledge of the client's systems, processes, and culture is an advantage and will reduce onboarding time.

• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Other requirements

The consultant will collaborate closely with:

• Market SME owners and regional commercial teams

• Retail partners, Space Managers, and Sales Specialists

• Commercial Process Development, Fleet, Retail, and Sales Operations

• Digital product owners and delivery teams for CRM and the Retailer Portal

• Finance, Legal, Training, and performance management stakeholders

Plus/bonus:

• Experience with Salesforce, the client's CRM, Retailer Portal, Jira, and Confluence.

• Experience developing operational playbooks, training material, adoption dashboards, or hypercare support models.

• Understanding of SME sales, discount governance, financing journeys, and partner-led automotive sales.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience supporting the launch and adoption of commercial capabilities across multiple markets.

• Experience working with automotive retail partners, B2B customers, SME sales, Fleet, or mobility services.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate business, digital, finance, legal, and market stakeholders from rollout through stabilisation.

• Practical experience with training, hypercare, issue management, process documentation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.

This role requires fluency in English.
