We are looking for a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator to lead and shape the program across Northern Europe. This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, strategic program ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in a truly global and purpose-driven environment.

As a key member of our HR community, you will act as a trusted partner to the business and a dedicated leader for our Power+ Trainees, ensuring an impactful and consistent experience aligned with our global standards and values.

How you will make an impact:

Program Management

  • Strengthen the employer brand, positioning Power+ as a flagship early careers program through local ambassadorship and market engagement
  • Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful, high-impact assignment projects that support both talent development and business priorities
  • Act as a program ambassador, educating stakeholders on program structure, value proposition, and investment to drive engagement and ownership
  • Manage the program's budget effectively, ensuring transparency and discipline
  • Ensure data excellence, maintaining high-quality reporting and data integrity within the global program landscape

People Management
  • Lead, coach, and inspire Power+ Trainees as their direct line manager, creating an inclusive, high-performance environment where individuals can thrive
  • Shape the future talent pipeline by driving recruitment strategy and acting as hiring manager in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams
  • Deliver an outstanding employee experience across the full lifecycle, including:
    • Hiring and selection of high-potential talent
    • Onboarding into Hitachi Energy, the program, and local context
    • Guidance on performance management and development processes
    • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and global standards
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with HRBPs and business leaders to support long-term talent development

Your background:
  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher).
  • Excellent English both written and verbal.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR Program Management with preferred Talent Management background.
  • Experience working in a complex environment and managing multiple stakeholders in different business areas, excellent project management skills with ability to hold partners accountable across the globe and drive toward results by deadline.
  • Ability to think global and act local while translating ideas into tangible results.
  • Strong commitment to and passion for incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all you do as a professional.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing and communication skills and a strong desire to bring your passion and energy to advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
