We are currently looking for an engaged and driven Quality Technician for CLC1 (Configuration and Logistics Center) at Axis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, has a structured approach and is motivated by creating sustainable improvements.
About CLC1
At CLC1 (Configuration and Logistics Center), we are responsible for warehousing, production and distribution of products to Axis subsidiaries and customers around the world. We also provide services to other parts of Axis and continuously develop our processes, methods and ways of working to meet future requirements.

Your Role
As a Quality Technician, you play a central role in the CLC1 organization, ensuring that our processes and quality routines function effectively and are followed in daily operations. You will serve as an important link between Supply Chain Quality (SCQ) and the CLC1 organization and actively contribute to developing our quality work.
The position is full-time and based on site at CLC1, with no hybrid work option. It reports to the CLC1 Manager.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
* Ensure that work instructions and process documentation are up to date at CLC1, relevant and effective in supporting the business.
* Structure, develop and maintain onboarding and buddy program materials.
* Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between CLC1 and Supply Chain Quality (SCQ).
* Administer and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
* Follow up on quality deviations, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
* Actively work with continuous improvements in quality, processes and ways of working.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 requirements within the organization.
* Support the organization in quality-related matters and contribute to a strong quality culture.

* Are skilled at creating structure and documenting processes.

We Would Like You to Have
* Experience in quality management, process development or similar roles.
* Strong administrative skills and experience working with documentation.
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Meritorious
* Experience working with the IFS ERP system.
* Experience with ISO 14001.
* Knowledge of Lean and improvement methodologies such as A3 problem solving, Fishbone Analysis or similar tools.
Requirements
* Previous experience from manufacturing, logistics or warehouse operations.
