As Pricing Actuary you will...

...have the opportunity to participate in developing actuarial models and risk calculations for pricing in a growing company. Since Cardif's strength is to deliver tailor-made insurance solutions, actuaries are an important part of the construction of the offers in the company.

In this role you will work closely with the Partner Experience department to understand the needs of the commercial team, use your technical skills to price the requested product and perform a business plan of the future cash flows. Moreover, you have to understand the risks related to the insurance product, participating actively in the product development and its implementation.

Our wishes:

• Education: Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Experience: A couple of years of actuarial experience, ideally focused on risk pricing, business plans, and cash-flow modeling.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Hands-on experience with Python and managing large datasets is a strong plus.
• Market knowledge: Insurance pricing experience with Swedish or Nordic insurance line of products and local market expertise is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to explain analytical work to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presentations to our Group and presentations during business meetings with our Nordic partners.
• Language: Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage.
• Location: Gothenburg is preferred, Stockholm is also possible.
