You'll work with actual machine data, sensors, and mechanical systems to help us detect wear and improve machine performance. This internship is ideal for students in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or similar fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a hands-on setting.

About the internship

You'll work with actual machine data, sensors, and mechanical systems to help us detect wear and improve machine performance. This internship is ideal for students in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or similar fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a hands-on setting.
What You'll Do
- Analyze machine data to assess mechanical health
- Use signal processing (e.g. FFT, filtering) to detect faults
- Work with sensor data
- Help translate findings into maintenance advice
- Support development of predictive algorithms
Must-Haves
- Studying Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar engineering field
- Curious about predictive maintenance and mechanical diagnostics
- Basic knowledge and interest in components like bearings or ball screws
- Comfortable with Python and basic signal processing
- Experience with sensor data or time-series analysis
- Software Engineering Fundamentals
- Some understanding of CNC or production machines (we'll teach you!)
- 10-20 hours per week
- In-depth experience in predictive maintenance engineering.
