Beskrivning

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values - customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste - are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

The purpose of the role is to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda within Production, Procurement and Logistics (PPL), ensuring that people, capability and workforce decisions are supported by robust processes, high-quality data and actionable insights.

The role enables sustainable business performance and transformation by strengthening talent and leadership pipelines, supporting succession and development, and transforming people data into insights that guide strategic workforce decisions.

Acting as a key bridge between the PPL business, Group P&C and the global CoE structure, the role ensures that business needs are translated into relevant global processes, data requirements and solutions. The role also drives alignment, governance and continuous improvement across the PPL Process Manager network and supports effective implementation and adoption across countries and business units

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead PPL's global talent and succession agenda, ensuring strong leadership pipelines, talent pools and development planning for critical roles and future capabilities.
  • Transform people data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and governance, and support the effective use and development of SAP MySuccess, Power BI and related HR systems.
  • Lead and harmonize global P&C processes, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement, automation and process effectiveness across PPL.
  • Coordinate global implementation.
  • Facilitate Process Manager and CoE networks, and provide validated reporting and performance insights to PPL Management.
  • Build strong relationships across PPL, Group P&C, CoEs, HRBPs and local organizations, representing business needs and promoting knowledge sharing and data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in People & Culture, preferably in Talent Management, People Analytics, HR Data Management, Project Management, Process Management, or related areas.
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working globally across functions in complex matrix organizations, including process and system implementation.
  • Experience designing and managing learning & development, performance, and succession processes, including governance, reporting, compliance, and user adoption.
  • Strong project management experience delivering global and cross-functional P&C initiatives.
  • Experience leading P&C processes and driving automation (e.g., Power Automate) and continuous improvement.
  • Strong background in HR systems and people analytics, preferably SAP SuccessFactors/MySuccess and Power BI.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, CoEs, P&C teams, and business functions.
  • Experience in Production, Procurement & Logistics or another global operational environment is an advantage.

This Is Us

You will join Scania's PPL People & Culture community and work in a cross-functional environment with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. The role connects global P&C process development with business needs and people insights, collaborating with process owners, P&C colleagues, managers and data/analytics stakeholders. Together, we develop simple, consistent and value-creating ways of working that support Scania's people and business priorities.

Scania Offers

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions.

With a structured development plan and a wide range of training opportunities, Scania supports your professional growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include access to our health center in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing. Scania also arranges events for employees and their families, and for those living in Stockholm, convenient commuting is supported through direct Scania Job express buses to Södertälje.
