Operations Lead

Lead, shape and grow the business!

We're now looking for an Operations Lead to join one of our expanding business units within Centiro Group - someone who keeps the business moving, drives day-to-day work and ensures we grow in line with our goals.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on Operations and business management leadership. We're looking for someone experienced and grounded, who moves comfortably between long-term direction and practical execution, thriving in a changing landscape. You bring clarity and calm as things shift, creating the structure and focus that help people around you move forward with confidence.

The impact you'll make

As Operations Lead, you act as the connector between our customers and the organization. You'll lead and develop the business - creating clarity, engagement and growth while ensuring we stay on track to our goals and customer commitments.

You build a deep understanding of our customers' needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear direction and opportunities for growth. You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify where we can create additional value, strengthen collaboration and support our customers' strategic development.

You are comfortable in developing routines and processes that are both effective and sustainable and in line with the company's ethos, culture and ways of working. A key part of your role is to stay close to the customer and the numbers - monitoring overall performance, resource planning while driving improvements where needed and ensuring we consistently deliver on our commitments to customers.

With a sharp eye for opportunities, risks and needs, you help the organization evolve and grow. You create clarity around goals, responsibilities as well as outcomes. You'll also represent our business unit in dialogues - acting as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.

In short, you make sure the business runs smoothly, develops in the right direction and delivers real value to our customers and the company.

Competences and skills

• Several years of experience leading a business or operational function

• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational execution

• Background in economics, financial performance tracking, follow-ups and resource planning

• Structured, analytical and able to identify risks, needs and opportunities

• Skilled communicator who builds alignment across teams and stakeholders

• Confident decision-maker in dynamic, fast-moving environments

• Ability to create processes and efficient ways of working within a well-designed frame

• Skilled at translating insights into concrete actions and value-driven opportunities that strengthen both the customer relationship and the business
