NOFO Wine Bar offers a carefully curated selection of wines paired with small, seasonal dishes that elevate the overall experience. Focused on creativity, quality, and community, we provide a relaxed yet professional atmosphere for wine and food lovers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Chef at NOFO Wine Bar, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, working closely alongside your colleagues under the guidance of out head chef Tindra Hammarlund. Your responsibilities include daily food preparation and service in our wine bar and during events, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen at the highest quality and consistent with our standards. You will follow our menus and recipes closely, assist with basic stock checks and restocking as needed, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times, in line with our hygiene and food safety standards.
