Seoul Good is a Korean buffet restaurant serving authentic Korean fried chicken, fresh salads, our signature Seoul Good kimchi, and a full range of Korean dishes and desserts — all in the spirit of chi-maek （치맥）, Korea's beloved tradition of pairing fried chicken with cold beer.

Now we're bringing one of our flagship concepts to Sweden for the very first time. Seoul Good opens in Vällingby Centrum, and this is a true ground-floor opportunity: you won't be joining a team, you'll be building one.

Restaurant Manager

Lead our floor and kitchen teams, and help set the standard from opening day.

What you'll do

·       Take full responsibility for floor and kitchen operations, from staffing to day-to-day efficiency

·       Make sure every chef has what they need to prepare each dish to the highest standard

·       Lead and train the team, and build a positive, productive working environment

·       Plan the shifts, and support your team through them

·       Work hands-on alongside the team during service

What we're looking for

·       Solid experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hotel

·       Experience with shift planning and personnel management

·       Flexibility, reliability, and a real passion for great food and guest experiences

·       The ability to turn challenges into opportunities, juggle several tasks at once, and keep quality high under pressure

·       Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

·       Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish; other languages are considered an advantage

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Availability for a flexible schedule

·       A valid work permit in Sweden

Chefs

Bring your skill and your passion for Korean cuisine into our kitchen.

What you'll do

·       Prepare and cook Korean fried chicken and other buffet dishes, following company recipes and standards

·       Make sure every item is properly portioned, seasoned, and cooked to perfection

·       Set up and maintain a clean, organised workstation

·       Keep an eye on inventory levels and help with ordering supplies and ingredients

·       Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

·       Check the buffet regularly for freshness and replenishment

·       Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team and management to keep the day running smoothly

·       Share your ideas on menu items and ways we can do things better

What we're looking for

·       Vocational training in the field, or at least two years' experience in a similar kitchen or in fast-food preparation

·       Confidence working independently and organising your own tasks

·       Fluent spoken and written English — Swedish is a plus

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Availability for a flexible schedule

·       A ready-to-learn attitude

·       A valid work permit in Sweden

Waitstaff

Deliver great service and make every guest feel welcome.

What you'll do

·       Look after our guests from the moment they walk in

·       Keep the restaurant clean and hygienic throughout the shift

·       Monitor the buffet stations so the food stays fresh, well presented, and up to hygiene standards

·       Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely refills of food and beverages

·       Make sure all food is stored and displayed according to health and safety regulations

·       Handle cashier duties

·       Help clear and reset tables for the next guests

What we're looking for

·       Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is an advantage

·       A cheerful, customer-focused service attitude

·       Good communication and teamwork skills

·       The ability to work efficiently when things change quickly

·       Genuine interest in the restaurant industry

·       Fluent spoken and written English — Swedish is a plus

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Availability for a flexible schedule

·       A ready-to-learn attitude

·       A valid work permit in Sweden
