Manufacturing Production Technician (Operator)

Job Description

Operatör i produktionsprocessen (Kross & Mal, Säckmaskiner, Blandare, Färdiglager eller 58) ansvarar för att på ett säkert och effektivt sätt uppnå produktionsmålen med rätt kvalitet och till rätt kostnad, vilket utgör kärnverksamheten. Rollen innefattar att följa operatörsinstruktioner för respektive processutrustning i VS samt att utföra övriga arbetsuppgifter relaterade till produktionen vid behov.

Responsibilities

• Produktion enligt gällande rutiner i syfte att uppnå satta produktionsmål till rätt kvalité och
• leveranstid.
• Upprätthålla 5S på eget 5S-område.
• Rapportering:
  1. Närmaste chef vid avvikelser, ex kvalitetsbrister eller driftstörningar
  2. Underhållsansvarig vid underhållsbehov, muntlig och via Maintmaster.
  3. Q&E Manager vid kvalitetsbrister.
  4. Tillbud enligt Tillbudsrapport.
  5. Olyckor till närmaste chef utan dröjsmål, vid närmaste chefs frånvaro rapportera till Platschef.
  6. Per telefon till närmaste chef vid frånvaro, ex egen sjukdom.
• Bedriva verksamheten i enlighet med Calderys rutiner och Policies
• Bedriva verksamheten i enlighet med lagar och andra krav
• Övergripande beslut som den anställde får fatta på eget bevåg och vilka beslut som
• kräver närmaste chefs godkännande.

  1. Produktion enligt gällande rutiner
  2. Befogenhet att stoppa verksamheten om det föreligger fara för människors hälsa eller skada på egendom.

Profile/Competencies

Education, background, level of experience

• Internutbildning för aktuell tjänst, se operatörsinstruktioner i VS
• Internutbildning i gällande EHS regler
• Syntact / Galileo
• PDM
• Maintmaster
• Truckkort
• Datavana
• I förekommande fall; Heta arbeten
• Traverser och mindre lyftanordningar
• Hjullastare - Godshantering
• Härdplaster
