Shape the Future of Infrastructure & Security

As Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will lead the development of the infrastructure and security capabilities that support Cibes Lift Group's operations. From production facilities and offices to field technicians serving customers around the world, you will ensure that critical IT services remain secure, reliable, and fit for future growth.

This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with local IT teams, business stakeholders, and colleagues across the group. You will lead a team of specialists while collaborating with managed service providers and strategic partners to drive modernization, standardization, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and evolving the group's Infrastructure & Security function.
• Ensuring secure, stable, and cost-efficient IT operations across a global organization.
• Driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the domain.
• Managing budgets, investments, and service performance while balancing risk, quality, and cost.
• Defining and implementing global IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and local IT teams.
• Supporting acquisitions and leading IT integration activities for newly acquired companies.
• Contributing to both long-term strategy and hands-on operational initiatives.

Are You the Leader We're Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced IT leader who understands how technology can enable business success. You are equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy with senior stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience within IT Infrastructure and Security.
• Experience driving modernization, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security principles and best practices.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in an international or/and decentralized environment.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  
• Permanent authorization to work in Sweden.

It is considered an advantage if you have:

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including IT integration projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern workplace technologies, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
